Initial Consultation

Before embarking on this program together, it’s important that we get to know each other a bit.  I’d like to learn your expectations and a little about your history and where you are today with your health, fitness, and nutrition so that I can provide the best support and insight that I can.  You no doubt have questions about the program, what you might be able to expect in terms of results and what is required on your part for success. This consultation is meant to help answer those questions, and brings no commitments for either of us, until we both decide to move forward.

The 21-Day Transformation

This part of the program will provide coaching support as you follow the Mark Sisson book; “The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation.”  We will work together to make the transformation as successful as possible.  This transformation will be totally your own doing.  It will be something to be very proud of and to adopt as a new way of life.  But I’ll be there to help, direct you to helpful resources, and to provide suggestions and a perspective from someone who has made a similar transformation in my own life.

Day 0

We’ll start out right before you’re ready to begin your transformation with a meeting where I go over the basics with you.  I’ll give you some advice based on my knowledge and experience.  I’ll try to answer questions you might have at this point and try to get you started on the right foot.  If you haven’t already obtained the book, I’ll provide you your own copy of the Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation book.

First Week Check-ins

You won’t face the challenges of the first week or two alone.  Trying to develop new habits will seem pretty strange, and that first week will probably bring lots of confusion and questions and maybe some unwanted side effects.  I’ll be available to answer your questions or find the answers you need to keep going.

Pantry Purge

We’ll schedule a time in the first few days where I’ll help you clean out your pantry.  To be successful, you’ll want to eliminate all those foods that have not contributed to your health in the past, and make room for the healthier options that you’ll want to bring into your home.

Shopping Trip

We’ve emptied your pantry so it’s time to fill it back up with healthier options.  We’ll go together to a local supermarket and walk the aisles to see how to evaluate what’s healthy and what’s not.

Weekly Check-in Meetings

As you go through the process in the coming weeks we’ll touch base to see how things are going.   You’ll likely begin to see a number of positive changes. You may also see some normal side effects as a natural part of transforming to a new way of fueling your body.  You’ll likely have more questions.  I’ll continue to be here to support you.  I know that sometimes the questions don’t present themselves to you at predictable times, so I’ll also be available for email consultation at any time.


My fee for this coaching is a one-time, non-refundable $199 and includes a copy of The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation book, a $22.95 value.


Once you’ve completed the 21-Day Total Body Transformation, you’ll likely feel better, have more energy, and be healthier than you can remember.  You should stop and think about all the positive changes that you (and your genes) have made happen.  It’s time to decide that this is indeed a lifetime change and a not a 21-day diet program.  I’ll continue to support you as you experience your first week following your transformation, as you need it.

Ongoing Support

Following the 21-Day Primal Blueprint program, I offer ongoing coaching as needed and can work out a either a monthly or annual coaching program custom to your needs.
